I have used this starter kit for 8 days and I reach for it constantly. The glass bottle feels good in the hand and looks nicer than plastic. I dropped 1 tab into warm tap water, waited a few minutes, and got a bright citrus scent that does not linger too long. On my counters, ceramic tile, and stainless appliances it cut through splatters and everyday grease and left a clean shine with no sticky film. The microwave door and bathroom sink wiped down fast with no streaks on the chrome.

The refill system makes sense. Mix what you need and store the rest. It cuts down on plastic and frees up space under the sink. With 6 tabs included, the value is strong compared with buying new bottles over and over.

Why not 5 stars. The trigger works but feels like the weak link. Mine gave a tiny drip after a long cleaning session and the spray pattern sometimes shifts from mist to stream on its own. The bottle is sturdy, so if the head ever fails I will just replace it and keep using the kit.

Overall this is convenient, effective, and kinder to the home and the planet without making me compromise on everyday cleaning.

My only hesitation is that, being water-based, I can’t help but be just a little skeptical of how tough it really is on deeper messes compared to traditional cleaners. Still, for everyday use and ease of refilling, it’s a fantastic option. I’m giving it four stars for the convenience and eco-friendly design, with just a touch of doubt holding it back from a perfect score.

I bought my first starter kit 2 weeks ago and I have loved it. It is very easy to use, the instructions are clear and it leaves my home smelling fresh and citrusy. I had been looking for a reliable eco friendly cleaner and this is the one for me.
