We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Every order, every time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

* International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. GreenArgen is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped upon each renewal date according to your selected delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days).

All subscription orders within the United States ship free. You will receive a notification before each renewal and a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at logistics@greenargen.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

GreenArgen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance in those cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GreenArgen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at logistics@greenargen.com before your order is fulfilled.
